Test call
Each site is tested before the meeting. We schedual the test call with each individual site after the order is submitted. We recommend that the test calls are at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
You MUST provide the following information for ALL sites that is going to join the meeting: Site name, Video number, Technical contact name and Technical contact number. The technical contact must be able to assist during the meeting and if a test call is scheduled.
One engineer will actively join(video and audio muted) and monitor the meeting and may address any interference directly, without any need to contact support.
The meeting will be recorded and made available by Web TV.
Terms and conditions *
An order can be canceled up to 24 hours before the start of the meeting. In cases where the cancellation is made later than 24 hours before the start of the meeting will be charged 50% of the cost, if later then 2 hours before the meeting 100% of the cost will be charged.
