We provide everything from small user problems to settings, configuration and administration of a whole infrastructure.
The base service includes inspection and registration of systems and equipments. To be able to continuously improve the quality we regularly provide statistics and recommendations for improvement. The service is assigned to the whole infrastructure or chosen parts of it. Free access to our support technicians during office hours, 08:00 - 17:00 CET, is included. There is a possibility to extend that time over a separate agreement.
We also offer administration and management of your network infrastructure as a service. When you introduce video conference we can assist and create a solution that integrates in your existing network.
