When Swedish eScience Research Center had a kickoff at Häringe Palace, outside Stockholm, ComPodium was hired to solve some travelling problems.

Due to the prevailing air problems two of the lecturers could not attend the lecture, when they could not fly from England. Instead of cancelling their participation in the program they leased equipment from ComPodium. When the time came for the lecturers to do their thing they got connected with video confrence and that way they could participate as planned.
